Here are different ways you can display text on your site.

Text Links
Sample Text Link
Replace LINK URL with the URL you want people to go to when they click on it.

Opens in a new window when user clicks it.
<a href="LINK URL" target="_blank">YOUR TEXT HERE</a>
Email Link (change it to your own email address).
<a href="mailto:YOU@YOUREMAIL.COM" target="_blank">YOUR TEXT HERE</a>


Bold Text
Sample Text

<b>YOUR TEXT HERE</b>


Italicized Text
Sample Text

<i>YOUR TEXT HERE</i>


Underlined Text

Font Color
Sample Text
Replace COLOR NUMBER with a 6 digit color hex code (See the Color Codes in the Tutorials Menu). <font color="#COLOR NUMBER">YOUR TEXT HERE</font>


Font Size
Sample Text
Replace NUMBER with a number (the bigger the number the bigger the text will be). <font size="NUMBER">YOUR TEXT HERE</font>


Font Type
Sample Text
Replace FONT TYPE with the name of a font (see your computers font list).
<font face="FONT TYPE">YOUR TEXT HERE</font>
Remember if a user who is viewing your site does not have that font on their own computer the text will show up as a default font.


Font Size, Color, and Type

Text Marquee

You can change left to right to change the direction. You can also replace left with the word alternate to make the word just go back and forth.

Glowing Text

Change COLOR NAME to the name of a color (hotpink is used as the sample text).

Shadowed Text

Sample Text

Change COLOR NAME to the name of a color (violet is used as the sample text).
